Flossing, a daily habit

To avoid oral diseases affecting our health after some time is essential to clean our teeth. Flossing is necessary for this reason, more than a good smile.

Dentists recommend cleaning with floss once a day, preferably before going to bed to remove dental plaque, in which food remains accumulate, along with sugar consumed. If you don’t use floss, it’s time before teeth release acid causing cavities or gum disease.

Follow this directions about how to clean your teeth with floss:

-Firstly, cut a piece of floss  about 17 inches long, then hold it with both ring fingers.

-Secondly, insert floss between your teeth and try to make a C letter between the gum and every tooth. This will help to achieve an effective cleaning.

-Lastly, hold the floss against teeth and delicately remove the floss pulling up and down.
